The Challenge

Daily video content normally means a daily editor. The brief: publish polished recap videos every day with zero editing time, while keeping a human veto before anything goes live.

What We Built

• —AI writes the script and voiceover; Remotion renders the video programmatically — same composition, new story, every day.
• —n8n orchestrates the pipeline end to end: capture, render, thumbnail, metadata, and scheduled YouTube upload.
• —Human-in-the-loop by design: a Telegram approval step gates every publish, and a rescue playbook re-publishes from cache if anything stalls.
