Contact and enquiry data. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message so we can respond to you.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We process enquiry data to respond to you and, where relevant, to scope and deliver services you have asked about — our lawful basis is legitimate interest and, where an engagement follows, contract. Technical logs are processed under legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We use a small number of processors to run this site and our business: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (data infrastructure), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data on our instructions under their own data processing agreements. Some processors store data outside the UK under recognised transfer safeguards.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then reviewed and deleted. Server logs rotate automatically on short retention periods set by our hosting provider.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@marymia.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.
