06Training & Enablement

Teach the team to fish.

Practical training delivered by people who do this work daily — security awareness your staff actually remember, secure development for your engineers, and AI adoption workshops that turn curiosity into capability.

Capabilities

Security Awareness

Phishing defence, social engineering, and safe habits — taught with real attack stories, not compliance slideware. Measurable with simulated phishing campaigns.

Secure Development

OWASP-grounded training for engineering teams: threat modelling, secure code review, and the vulnerabilities we actually find in real codebases.

AI Adoption Workshops

From prompt fundamentals to building agents and automations — hands-on sessions that leave your team shipping with AI, not just talking about it.

How It Works

01

Assess

A short skills-gap review so training targets what your team actually needs.

02

Deliver

Live, hands-on sessions — labs and real scenarios, not lecture marathons.

03

Embed

Follow-up exercises, office hours, and measurement so the learning sticks.

What You Get

  • A team that spots phishing before the SOC does
  • Engineers who write secure code by default
  • AI capability in-house instead of on retainer

Common Questions

Remote or on-site?

Both. Workshops run on-site across the UK or remotely worldwide — labs and exercises work the same either way, and materials stay with your team afterwards.

How large can a session be?

Awareness sessions scale to whole companies; hands-on builder workshops work best at 4–12 people so everyone ships something. We'll split larger groups into cohorts.

How do we know it worked?

We measure: phishing simulation click-rates before and after, exercise completion, and a follow-up assessment 30 days on. You get the numbers, not just a feedback form.
